We have a variety of detached houses, semi detached houses, bungalows and retirement flats for you to rent provide a full set of particulars with room measurements, multiple photographs and directions on each rental property and ensure there is full marketing coverage through the internet and local advertising. Accompanied viewings and clear guidance on the letting process throughout with a Lettings Administrator on hand to deal with your enquiries on a daily basis.

Parkers are a member of the ARLA Propertymark a nationally recognised professional body and the Deposit Protection Scheme which secures the safety of your deposit at all times.

Tenants – What We Require

£150 Holding Fee (refundable at the commencement of the tenancy, cash or cheque made payable to Noble and Madan Limited)

Photo ID and Proof of Address (utility bill within 3 months) for EACH Tenant

An application form will need to be completed and this form signifies your agreement for Parker’s (or a Credit Reference Agency acting on their behalf) to carry out a Credit Search on you.

Should the Landlord decide not to go ahead with the Tenancy, the £150 Holding Fee will be refunded to the Tenant, however if the Tenant decides not to go through with the Tenancy or the Credit Referencing fails the £150 Holding Fee will be retained by Parkers.

Tenancy Fees:

  • 1 Applicant £264.00 including VAT
  • 2 Applicants £390.00 including VAT
  • 3 Applicants £480.00 including VAT
  • Guarantor £120.00 including VAT
