Juliet Noble - Director
Juliet has worked in Estate Agency for over 25 years. She started her career working for an Independent Estate Agent and Chartered Surveyor in Cockermouth, Cumbria. After several years she moved to Chester where she worked for a National Estate Agency as a Senior Negotiator. In 1988 she relocated to Bristol and continued to work for a large national estate agency gaining much experience in the Bristol city property market. For the last 22 years Juliet has lived and worked in Backwell at Parkers Estate Agents where her expert knowledge and friendly approach are paramount to the success of the business. She is on the Committee for Bristol and Somerset TEAM and is also a fully qualified member of the NAEA.
Juliet is married and has two sons who are both at University. She enjoys walking, Pilates, gardening and playing the piano, when time allows.
Virginia Madan - Director
Having a love of property has led Virginia into Estate Agency. She gained valuable experience working for a leading national estate agents covering the Bristol area. Virginia has successfully run her own business for the last 15 years and brings to Parkers a wealth of experience. Core values to all at Parkers is customer service along with an extensive knowledge of Backwell and surrounding villages. Communciation is absolutely key and keeping abreast of the current market conditions.
Virginia lives in Chew Magna, married and she has two daughters. She like nothing better than spending time with her family, walking her dog, gardening and socialising.
Linda Smith - Office Manager/Senior Negotiator
Linda has worked for Parkers and lived in Nailsea for over 20 years. She has an extensive knowledge of the area and the property market and as Office Manager oversees the running of the administration in the office. Linda has two grown up children and her hobbies include cycling, keep fit and eating out in local restaurants.
Heather Porter - Senior Negotiator
Heather has worked for Parkers for 9 years and lived in the village for over 18 years. She is responsible for Sales Progression, advertising and editorials. Heather’s calm and experienced approach is invaluable to the team and clients alike. Heather has two children and she enjoys walking, swimming and playing the flute.
Beverley Hirst - Lettings Manager
Beverley has worked for Parkers for over 11 years and lived in the village for 15 years. Beverley is responsible for the smooth running of the Lettings Department at Parkers and has a good understanding of the rental market. She is very experienced at dealing with tenants and landlords. She enjoys walking her dog, socialising and is involved with the local church activities.
